Class Guide- Ktalktalk is 1:1 video call class.
The teacher will give you a video call on the prearranged time.
It's very simple, just take the teachers's call! That's all!
Classroom - The Zoom link will be sent to you ten minutes before class starts via the teacher’s Kakaotalk.
- We recommend that you access your computer rather than mobile phone as you would need to view the textbook and teacher's face at the same time.
- We also recommend using earphones/headphones with microphone functions for better sound quality.
- No one except students can take classes, so as to provide a conducive environment for both teacher and students.
Absence - The teacher will wait for you for up to 15 minutes.
- If you do not enter the class within the 15 minutes, the class for the day will be automatically canceled. We will not entertain requests to make up for cancelled classes.
Change the Schedule - If you wish to change your class schedule, please contact to our staff via KakaoTalk.
- The change of class is only available if your request is a day before the actual class (00:00 Korean Standard Time). We will not entertain requests to change class schedule on the day itself.
- Please check your schedule in advance and adjust your class hours to ensure that there is no cancellation.
- If summer time to your area, you should let the staff know before and after application. Otherwise, the class starts based on the Korean time before Summer Time is applied.
- Makeup classes in case of confusion of time zones (due to summer time) will not be provided.
Refund - The refund policy for each time point is as follows.
- Before class: All previously paid fees
- Before 1/3 of the total class time has passed: Amount equivalent to 3/2 of the previously paid fees
- Before 1/2 of the total class time has passed: Amount equivalent to 1/2 of the previously paid fees
- After 1/2 of the total class time has elapsed : No return - The refund base amount is calculated based on expenses excluding payment fees.
- The refund amount will be credited to the member's Korean bank account or PayPal account within 10 working days of the refund request.
